I don't have experience with Cooking classes, private drivers (I drive my own car) and although I've gone wine tasting to some wineries in the Chianti and Montalcino area, I never went on a tour of the winery itself, all I care about is drink.

LOL Thanks Roberto. Me too. They want to do it all, and although I have been to Florence a lot (you helped me immensely last October's trip), I prefer the drink as well. I am not big on tours, but they are a group of 12 so I think they want to be more controlled and organized.
