We are planning to visit the Naples and Sorrento area for 4-5 nights in mid to late September 2015. We do not have our dates set yet. We see that the Festival de San Gennaro will be held on Sept 19th and go for 8 days. Does anyone know how busy Naples is during this festival?
We do not mind a bit of craziness. I know we are going to Naples and that in itself is a bit on the busy side, just wondering how much the Festival impacts the museums, local travel on busses and trains, hotel prices?
