I'm not an expert on this but I believe:
2 berth inside couchette - 2 beds, nothing else
2 berth inside cabin with w.c. - 2 beds with a bathroom
2 berth inside cabin with washing basin - 2 beds with a sink

A couchette is NOT, we believe , a bed. It is just a place to sleep, something like a bunk but less comfy.
The beds on ferries are bunks and are usually quite narrow.
The 2 berth cabin w wash basin means that there is no ensuite toilet
