Ferry venice to croatia

I want to take a ferry from venice to rovinj croatia on May 2. I can't find a schedule. Is it because the 2014 timetables have not yet been published?

The only ferry system that I can see departing from Venice for Croatia is Venezialines www.venezialines.com. However, their website says "No Trips Found" for 2014. Here's a link to a screenshot of what I see. http://gyazo.com/7f7cb3c2bdf1f73d0b19f3e4a64ef241 There is a phone number on the page if you want to call. There are regularly scheduled ferries from Ancona to Split but Ancona is some distance away from Venice.

Venezia Lines probably won't post its 2014 schedules until sometime in February, as service doesn't begin until mid-to-late April. You can look at the 2012 and 2013 schedules on their website to get an idea of which days ferries will run and to which ports. Friday service from Venice to Rovinj didn't begin until a week after you're traveling (will probably start May 9 this year), so you may need to either adjust your travel day or look for other options (e.g. another Istrian port or bus - Venice to Pula bus probably stops in Rovinj). Venezia Lines' hydrofoils are nice and make the trip fairly quickly. Consider the VIP lounge upgrade, which costs only a few euro more and is much less crowded and more comfortable than the standard airline-style seating.

Departs Venice at 17:15 hrs on May 2, 2014 and arrives at Rovinj at 21:00 hrs.
When looking for the ferry when embarking in Venice, remember that Rovinj in Italian is ROVIGNO (pronounce: Roviño). Istria was Italian at one point, so all town names there have an Italian equivalent.
