Ferry Schedules from Amalifi coast to Sorrento

After riding the bus from Sorrento to Salerno, we would like to take ferry back to Sorrento. We have had trouble accessing the ferry schedules from the different Amalifi coast towns - Salerno, Amalifi (Ravella), Positanto. Our main trouble seems to be getting to Sorrrento from Positanto on a later ferry. Any advice?

You should try taking a fast train (~30 mins) from Salerno to Naples and then the local train from Naples to Sorrento.

I Googled for ferry schedule from Positano to Sorrento but everytime it just took me on a wild goose chase and I got nowhere. Seems like they're trying to keep it a secret. So frustrating. I'd much rather take a ferry to Sorrento than a bus or train. It's so much more fun and enjoyable. We've been to Sorrento 3 times for a week each time, and even when we were there it was hard to figure out the schedule, to ask questions, get any info. The fact that we don't speak Italian made it harder. But even at our hotel their attitude was a shrug of the shoulder and a "who knows"... We did take ferries, many. The 2 times we took one from Positano to Sorrento we must have found someone that told us when we got to Positano when the last one left. Sorry I'm not more helpful. Maybe someone more knowledgable than I am will help. Hope you have a wonderful trip! Edit: I couldn't find anything on gerri's link about Positano to Sorrento.
