Private water taxi
Shared water taxi
Alilaguna boats
Bus or land taxi then vaporetto

Which works for you will be determined by your budget and hotel location

Are you referring to a water taxi to take you from the airport into the city? There is a place outside the airport that you can get one just like a regular taxi. You can also pre-arrange for a specific one to pick you up at the same place in the airport.

Generally taxi from the airport into the city is about 140e.
