Ferry from Solerno to Positano

Hello! My husband and I are traveling from Rome to Positano on Wednesday, October 9. We have train tickets from Rome to Salerno. I'm wondering if it's recommended to buy ferry tickets in advance? Or are we ok buying them when we arrive in Solerno? Thank you!
