Looking for information on ferry to Croatia for short trip (2 days) toward the end of our trip to Italy

Try www.aferry.to or search for other sites. Two observations though, there may not be ferry service from Bari to Croatia, you may have to leave from a port further north. Also, Ferries are slow, taking up travel days, maybe an overnight. Look at schedules, it may not be worth the effort and cost for two days.

I disagree!! 2 days is definately worth a trip to Croatia!! Last year I left from Ancona at 9pm on an overnight ferry to Split, Croatia. We then stayed one night in Split and returned the next night on the overnight back to Ancona. You don't lose any travel time because your lodging is on the ferry. Croatia is a beautiful country not to be missed and I would love to go back one day. Just google ferries to Croatia. We booked online with no problem.
