In our trip to Italy we have planned several days in Sorrento (as a hub) to visit Capri and the Amalfi Coast. We already have plans for Capri (Mondo tour). We also plan to take the ‘City-Sightseeing Sorrento’ bus to Positano and Amalfi. The question we have is – What is the best way to get back? We would like to take a boat along the coast to get those views, but cannot find information on boats leaving from Amalfi. Any suggestions?

Here's the current schedule for ferries from Amalfi to Sorrento. There aren't many of them, and they don't run very late in the day but it's possible that there will be more of them once high season kicks into gear. I'd look at the schedule again in June.

Thanks, I saw those and you're right, they leave kind of early (4:30p), I was hoping there might be a later summer schedule. I'll keep looking.
