I am looking to buy ferry tickets (TravelMar), to go from Salerno to AC, and I am wondering what really is the allowable luggage size for ferries?
On the TravelMar website, when I am booking tickets, this is what I see:
If your luggage is bigger than 45x35x20, buy the luggage supplement.
This size is just a little less than the "usual" allowed carry-on size for most / many airlines (for ex., Transat carry-on is 40 cm x 23 cm x 51 cm). I see that the difference in size may still be quite substantial, so I think I do need to add the "luggage supplement".
Any thoughts?
