Feedback on 3 Millennia Tours - Tony Polzer

I have tentatively booked a Vatican City Tour for late June, with 3 Millennia Tours. Tony was very responsive, via e-mail, and very helpful. His website, however, hasn't been updated in 2 years, and his e-mail said that the prices and offerings have changed (longer tour, max 10 people/tour).

While I have been impressed by the communication, and I love the idea of only 10 people per group, honestly, the outdated website has me a bit concerned.

So, has anyone out there used this company for a Vatican tour? Any feedback would be great!

I haven't used them but Three Millennia receives good reviews on SlowTrav.com.

Thank you for the pointer to slowtrav.com. You're right - lots of positive feedback on 3 Millennia. I guess we'll stick with it.

Tony gets RAVE reviews on the Slowtrav.com website. Even though I wasn't going to be using his tour services he made some great suggestions to make our trip great. If the euro hadn't chomped up so many of my dollars for our three weeks in Italy I'd be on one of his tours.

We debated about whether to go with 3 Millennia or Angel Tours. Even though 3 Millennia is a bit more expensive, and a slighter shorter tour, the maximum group size is 10.

There is less feedback on 3 Millennia than Angel, so, hopefully, we won't regret it!

In either event, we'll be able to provide feedback on 3 Millennia.
