Walk the bridge over to Redentore Church! Get close to the water at San Marco on Saturday night for the fireworks! Both are very special and very different.
What else? See San Marco. walk . . . a lot. The Frari Church is truly spectacular for the beauty in there. keep walking! Take the vaporetto at night. Go to the Rialto market in the morning. Keep walking because that's how you will discover the Venice you will want to come back to!
See you at the fireworks. . .I wouldn't miss them!
