On a second subject, I am guessing Uber and Bolt both work in Rome?

Depends where your hotel is and how mobile you are.
We always prefer to take a taxi (official, from the rank) to our hotel door to avoid having to walk and carry luggage.

No Bolt in Italy but some good info from Roberto regarding Uber in this thread:

We've taken one of the coach services (Terravision, I believe) from FCO to Termini but we were also a reasonably easy walking distance from the station on that trip. Tickets were very inexpensive, easily purchased upon arrival, and the ride was clean and comfortable. If staying further away from one of a coach-company stops, you might consider a taxi for door-to-door service.
Some folks prefer the Leonardo Express train to Termini (€14!) as it's quicker than by road but we weren't especially in a hurry so...
