SIT Shuttle or ???
Suggestions without breaking the bank.

On a second subject, I am guessing Uber and Bolt both work in Rome?

No Bolt in Italy but some good info from Roberto regarding Uber in this thread:

We've taken one of the coach services (Terravision, I believe) from FCO to Termini but we were also a reasonably easy walking distance from the station on that trip. Tickets were very inexpensive, easily purchased upon arrival, and the ride was clean and comfortable. If staying further away from one of a coach-company stops, you might consider a taxi for door-to-door service.

Some folks prefer the Leonardo Express train to Termini (€14!) as it's quicker than by road but we weren't especially in a hurry so...

It really depends where your hotel is.

First, no rideshare services to speak of in Rome, the Taxis have a lock on business. No Bolt, Uber is Uber Black and is basically a reserved taxi, so more than a taxi rank. There are apps like FreeNow, which basically books city taxis.

For example, we usually stay in the Trastevere, so we take the FL1 regional train from the airport to Trastevere station, then if needed, a tram or bus, total cost is 8-10 euro/PP.

The other train, the Leonardo Express, runs 14 euro/PP, handy if you are staying in the Termini area, but a cab elsewhere, from there, will run you another 10-20 euro.

Taxis are a good option, flat 55 euro rate from the airport to city center (Make sure your hotel is within the Aurelian walls) so not much more than a Leonardo Express/Taxi Option above.

There are also a number of buses/coaches, either to termini, or some have other stops.
