FCO/PMO and the Internet

Does anyone know if FCO and/or PMO (Palermo) has internet access and if so, is there a cost?
Thanks

FCO is free for the first 30 minutes. You need a cell phone to receive authentication credentials via SMS.
PMO is free without time limitations.

Thanks Roberto, you came through as usual. Does that mean I will have to use international cellular roaming and its related charges? What is the process when I get there?
Thanks again

I have an Italian phone that I use while in Italy.
I suggest you also take a cheap quad band GSM phone (I use my old Motorola RAZR) with you and purchase a SIM card with an Italian number when you get there, especially if you intend to use the phone a lot. Go to the technical forum section (or ask questions about that there) to find out how to go about it.
If you use your non EU based phone (assuming you have one that works in EU) the charges will be much more, but receiving a text message won't kill you. AT&T charges me $0.50 per text while overseas.
International Roaming charges for voice calls are high (AT&T charges me $1.29/minute). If you call an Italian number with your home cell phone, you will also incur international long distance charges (as if you were calling Italy from home). So between roaming and int'l LD charges calling an Italian number while in Italy will easily add up to well over $2.50 a minute.
Worse yet is the data roaming if you have a smart phone. Those can amount to hundreds of $$ over a couple of weeks period, therefore you should disable the data roaming as soon as you depart, unless you don't mind receiving bills for hundreds of $$ when you come home. Depending on which phone you have the instructions for disabling data roaming change, but it's easy to do. Once Data Roaming is disabled, your smart phone will become a dumb one, but it will still work for texts and calls, just not for internet. You can still use your smart phone to access internet through a wifi hot spot even with data roaming disabled.
