FCO - is Terminal 5 still a thing?

Dumb question: Is Terminal 5 still the first place to go for all FCO departures on US or Israel-based airlines?

Here’s the current terminal info from the FCO website

Rome Airport Terminal 1 only handles domestic and Schengen flights.
Delta checks for flights to the US are now hosted in Terminal 1

Rome Airport Terminal 2 is permanently closed due to the expansion project of Terminal 1.
Blue Air, Eurowings-Germanwings, Pegasus Airlines, Ryanair and Wizzair services are now served in Terminal 3.

Rome Airport Terminal 3 operates with domestic flights, Schengen and Non-Schengen flights
El Al checks for flights to the US now are hosted in Terminal 3.
On the other hand, Delta and Alitalia transatlantic arrivals have their baggage claim in Terminal 3.

Rome Airport Terminal 5 is temporary closed due to refurbishment works.
