Looking for a reputable airport transfer company from Rome to hotel inside loop. Not planning on doing taxi or train, want a sedan type ride. Thanks

Your hotel can arrange a ride for you from the airport, and if you specify what you want they are best suited to arrange it. My B&B hires a company that uses E-Class Mercedes and still only costs 40 Euro.

Contact Stefano at romecabs.com. They will meet you with a sign, help you with your bags and take you directly to your hotel. It costs a little more than a cab but the cars are really nice and the drivers will wait if your plane is delayed.

Thanks. What types of cars does the site romecabsi.com use? Not looking for a Mercedes but something nicer than a taxi cab would be nice. The site is not specific.

Not being that observant about car makes I was told they use Mercedes cars and vans (for larger groups). However, it was airconditioned and very comfortable.

Since you are only going to be in the vehicle for about 30 minutes, what difference does the make and model mean aa long as you get there. What am I missing?

Stefano at Rome Cabs has lots of reccomendations at Trip Advisor. We are using him for a transfer from Ciampino to Fiumicino, even though this route was not listed on his web site. We sent him an Email, and got a prompt reply, and excellent price.
Rome Cabs has excellent reviews. I have never seen anymore complain about being squeeezed into some small cab or car, so I have a hard time understanding why someone would focus on the type of vehicle being used for the transfer. Maybe other transfer companys have that problem.
