Freaking in -- probably not a big deal. Lots of discussions about strikes but few are ever held. Tourists are important to Italy so there will be some fix in place. But if you airline is willing to land, you will be OK.
I pray you are right
Ciao Aceleri, below is a link that might help with specific information. They also mention and provide a link to a website that shows flights that are "guaranteed by law and connections must remain active during the so-called guarantee periods". Of course they also suggest consulting your airline's website. Good luck.
On the one hand, several strike actions have been announced, it is hard to track them; on the other hand, they usually fizzle to nothing.
From what I can see, the strike on the 15th, at FCO, affects some service providers and will occur during the afternoon hours, from 2-6 PM The entire airport is not on strike, but services like baggage handling, tarmac services, etc. may be disrupted.
Arriving at 11:00 AM, and if you have only carry-on luggage, you likely will not even notice. Even with checked bags, you are likely OK. There is probably a better than 50% chance that no strike at all occurs.
