I know that you can get to San Gimignano from Florence by bus but am trying to save time. I have been there a few times but would like to share this great place with my partner and we only have a few days in Florence. The tours all take an entire day and go to other places which I would rather not do. Has anyone ever used a taxi or other private tour to get there?
