On the map its 41 minutes but our rental says its over 3 hours due to bus schedules etc. What is the fastest way of transportation ? We arrive pretty late and another 3 hrs is too long for me. Thanks for any input !

land taxi to Venice P. Roma and onward water taxi from there is the fastest.

Whatever your rental says, do check times for the ATVO bus from Treviso Airport to Venice (P. Roma) here:

They seem to run until 10 PM or a bit later, depending on day of week.
