I am unable to find a fast train direct from Venice to Innsbruck. Can anyone help me?
Most will require a change from the frecciarosa to an EC train in Verona. I saw one direct EC train at 13:50 from Venezia SL.
It is almost 200/miles on the train with a number of stops, and it should take almost 5 hours. It is a beautiful ride, however.
Yes, one direct train per day in the afternoon. If you want to go in the morning, you'll change trains in Verona. If you are looking after June 10, it may not be on the schedule yet as there is a Europe wide schedule change on that date. If that is the case, the time of the train probably will not change, or just be a minor tweak in the time.
Thanks for the replies. I will try the afternoon direct train.
