Should I book directly through Trenitalia site or elsewhere? Sounds like it’s better to book early. Rome to naples
Book directly with Trenitalia or Italo.
Both Trenitalia and ItaloTreno run fast trains Rome to Naples
Book on either -whichever time and price suits your needs
Booking early means you can take advantage of discounts-but usually no changes/refunds
https://www.trenitalia.com/content/tcom/en.html
https://www.italotreno.it/en
Both have easy to use apps
You can check www.italotreno.it for competing high speed trains as well.
Aside that re-sellers do not work for free, why would you put a middle man between you and Trenitalia's customer care in Rome? I mean in case of issues on the departure day.
I see no benefits, but in the end it's up to you. Thousands of foreign tourists use third-party railway sites every day, I can't remember a single one who has complained on this forum because Trenitalia's conductors couldn't read their PNR code.
They sell real tickets: more expensive, but real.
Thankyou. I will book directly through trenatalia
