We are taking the fast train tomorrow to Padova tomorrow? Will they accept my vaccine card as obviously we don't have Green Pass. TIA.

If that conductor knows the law and reads the company memos, he/she will accept the US CDC card.
If not, he will improperly prevent you from getting on, or from remaining on board.
I doubt anyone on the internet can predict what will tomorrow's conductor do, but knowing the law and accepting CDC cards is what they should all do.

The slow trains only take 15 minutes longer than the fast trains, so if worse comes to worst, you can get on the next train out--presumably after buying a new ticket, but that shouldn't cost much.
