We've heard of farms or vineyards in Tuscany where you can do wine tasting & they cook you a dinner with the wine pairings. Any suggestions ?

Verrazano Castle was amazing. I went twice for tour/luncheon/and wine pairing. This is located in Greve.
We also did a tour out of Florence with a a “small luncheon” accompanied by matching wines. As you can probably guess there was an incredible amount of food and I would hate to see what a large meal was!
This was a smaller vineyard and a bit more intimate than Verrazano. I do not remember the winery’s name.
