Does anyone know a great agriturismo or B&B in Southern italy ie: Calabria, Basilicata and Puglia? We will be spending a week in this area and are looking to imerse ourselves in the local culture.

Denise, there are many such places in Puglia. I stayed at Serragambetta near Castellana Grotte. It was a great base for Conversano, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberabello etc. http://www.serragambetta.it/ The site is in Italian,(the English link doens't not work) but you should manage. Domenico, the owner, speaks English.
