Looking for recommendations of farm stays in Tuscany and Umbria preferrably near Orvieto for April 2020

Close to Orvieto, but for dinners I imagine you'd be parking at the station and taking the bus up to town. Personally I wouldn't like driving around at night, question the advantage of not staying in a town somewhere.
