What do you mean by 'around' Tuscany and Florence? Tuscany is a region the size of Massachusetts. Florence is a city in Tuscany (the capital of Tuscany in fact). Are you looking for something anywhere in Tuscany? Or near Florence? Around Tuscany could mean also in Umbria, the region next door to the East. The agriturismo's where I've been were at least 1 hour from Florence, so I don't know if they'd qualify for your needs.
