Many years ago my husband I went to Rome and had a most enjoyable evening. The restaurant was outside the city-we had to take a bus from our hotel near the Spanish Steps. It was served family style - no menu. they just kept bringing stuff. And no one save one tourist spoke English. I remember we had a bit of an issue finding the restaurant after getting off the bus. If I had to guess it was in the Vittoria area. I have been trying to find the name of the restaurant again without much luck. we are going back to Rome this November. Does anyone have any idea of the restaurant it might be?
