Family rooms / apartments in Cinque Terre

We have a family of 7 -- 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids ages 1-8 -- traveling to CT in June or July 2020, staying about 3 days. Do you have any recommendations on accommodations that would hold us? We would prefer something with at least 3 bedrooms -- or two adjoining/nearby apartments, one of which having at least 2 bedrooms.

We have been looking mostly at Monterosso al Mare -- mostly due to beach -- but open to other towns. Hotels or apartments work for us, though apartments tend to have more possibility for 2-3 bedroom suites. With mobility issues of the grandparents, we can't do steep stairs -- I know there are some in CT.

Any ideas? Thanks!

PS. I've tried emailing a few places but no responses ... is CT shut down for the winter? I'm not sure how to get in touch with anyone.

With kids,Monterosso would be a good choice as it has a nice sandy beach. With parents’ mobility issues, look at Hotel Porta Roca as it has elevators and a stunning setting.

Aaron,

"is CT shut down for the winter? I'm not sure how to get in touch with anyone."

Yes, the Cinque Terre is normally very quiet in the winter and many of the hotels and other businesses are closed so they may not have anyone monitoring E-mail. I'd suggest waiting a few weeks and try again in the new year. The typical tourist season there begins on 1 April, but some will be watching their E-mail earlier than that.

Monterosso is a good choice, as you'll more likely find what you're looking for there. You might have a look at the Rick Steves Italy 2020 guidebook, as there may be some apartments listed there. You could start with Hotel Villa Adriana as they have "family rooms" listed. I'm not sure whether those would fit your needs or not, but you can have a look.
