In my brief search so far, I am having trouble finding a single hotel room for 4 adults. Are we going to have to spend the money for 2 double rooms?

So it looks like I am going to need to research some apartments. Has anyone utilized one in August, that they would recommend?

We stayed in quad rooms last summer in Rome and Florence. Each room had one double bed and two twin beds (so obviously two of the people have to be willing to sleep in the same bed!). If you want specific hotel names for either of those cities let me know.

Kent, we are spending 2 weeks and will be doing a counter clockwise circle starting in Rome; hitting Florence, Venice, Lake Como, Cinque Terre, Siena, and then Rome.
