Family Group Lodging in Rome

My wife and I are planning a family visit to Italy, including a stay in Rome in Early May 2024.

There are 4 generations in our group: 2 seniors, 14 adults (most couples) and 2 toddlers. I'd like to find 2 or 3 apartment to accommodate 2-3 couples each and, hopefully, be within walking distance of each other. We will tentatively need lodging for 3 or 4 nights that will probably include a Saturday and Sunday. If anyone could recommend a smaller guest house or hotel that could accommodate our group, that would be fantastic,
Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

Incentrum.

We stayed at one of their apartments in November of 2021, and it was great--a good size and well-located.

Something to be aware of: the via Babuino building where I stayed does not have an elevator (and, in case you're not aware, what Europeans call the 1st floor is what North Americans call the 2nd floor). However, the via Vittoria building does have an elevator, so, with little ones in tow, you'd probably want to book there.
