Can we use family card from airport (MXP) to Milan Centrale so we don’t have to buy ticket for kids. Or this doesn’t apply from airport.

I don’t know if the family card applies to the Malpensa Express trains, but you may consider this:
Malpensa Express is attentive to the needs of families.

to ask about the family card and/or just apply for it online and ask about it at the Trenord ticket counter when you arrive at the Malpensa Airport.
