Fall on Best of Tuscany tour

Leilani & Ron had to curtail their travels on this tour due to a fall. As I am about to take this tour in a couple of weeks I would like to hear from anyone on this tour as to the area near Pitigliano that would have caused a fall. Steepness of terrain, lots of stairs, rocks, etc. Better to know what you are in for when it comes to terrain. Thank you in advance.

I think the Tuscany tour is new this year?
Meaning that you might not hear anything here.

My thought is that you can fall anywhere (ask me how I know...) and I suspect it wasn't necessarily a problem area. If, like me, you tend towards klutziness, you might consider trekking poles. They have saved me numerous times.

I don't have any knowledge about your specific question, but regarding stairs, I've noticed people who don't need the railings tend to congregate on stairways and block access to the railings for those who need them. Politely asking people to move out of the way usually works well.

In Italian: "Per favore, fammi usare la ringhiera. Molte grazie."
