I know there are many Fall festivals and Sagras happening all around Italy but Is there a site that Lists Fall Festivals to give an overview or must they be searched out by zones?

I would search by region.
Every region has an official website dedicated to tourism.
You would Google the name of the region and look for official sites

stop at tourism kiosk in plaza of town/city you're staying or ask host of place yiu're staying.
on this website, (left side click explore europe, click country scroll down a bit and click plan click upcoming festivals & holidays). few years back i went to annual wine festival in bardolino on lake garda. fun time eat drink and be merry. "festa dell uva & vino" end of sept/first of oct.
