Hi all! I am going to Modena and plan on staying to visit friends for about 3 weeks. Can anyone recommend a place that will accomodate 4 of us, and hopefully give us both space to breath but also have a kitchen and private bathroom as well? Does anyone have comments on the "LA CASA DEL VIANDANTE" in Modena? There are some nice places in Bologna, but it's too much of a commute everyday (...right?).

Have you tried looking on this website: http://www.slowtrav.com/italy/vr/reviews.aspAre you asking about commuting every day for 3 weeks from Bologna to Modena? The two places are about 25 - 30 miles from each other, but if you're talking about 20 trips for 4 people, it seems like the cost of commuting would add up fast.
