Hi everyone. My wife and I are planning to spend three days in Siena next fall(October). We're thinking on renting a car there and visit some small towns in the area. Any suggestions on places to visit? Maybe two hours radius.

We spent a half day in Montalcino last month. Walked around, checked out the stores, especially the fabric stores. Go to Il Muro restaurant for lunch, you won't be disappointed! Family run, with plenty of locals. Reasonably priced and good food and if you sit in the back, a spectacular view.
