How do I find out what's the earliest and latest we can take the Eurostar from Rome to Florence and back??

Lisa, there are 55 trains a day from Rome to Florence each day and another 55 from Florence to Rome. The first Eurostar leaves Rome at 6:30am according to current schedules. The last Eurostar out of Florence departs at 21:52.

Go to the Trenitalia site and it will provide you with schedules along with an opportunity to make reservations for your trips. Patience is required - but worked fine for me. Good luck.
