I am planning my first trip to Europe and I'm considering using this company to customize a trip to Italy - just wondering if anyone has used them and would or would not recommend them (we are planning an independent trip - just booking air, lodging, and trains between cities)

I used European Destinations a few years ago for a trip to Greece and LOVED it.
I was able to plan my trip transportation, accommodations, locations of things I wanted to
see. It was great for planning the details of my trip and knowing where I was going and how much things would cost me. I did not use any guides or packages, just air, hotel reservations, and found info on sites on each island.
