Wondering if anyone has rented a car through Europcar Malpensa recently? Positive experience? Negative experience? Thanks in advance.

I have used a company called Gemut. It is based in the USA and gets you comparable rates. The advantages include English speaking help, and being able to talk to someone during the booking process. Give them a try and see what happens

Not recently from Malpensa, but we always rent through Europcar all over Italy and have always been happy with them. The most recent time was in Perugia and we had to wait a bit while the only guy working there finished washing a car, but that kind of thing doesn't bother us. We plan to return our rental car to the MXP Europcar in October.
