As a Canadian, do I need to fill out some kind of form to enter into Italy?
The EUROPEAN DIGITAL PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM (dPLF) is no longer required, nor are there any other entry requirements related to Covid to enter Italy. There are a few mask requirements remaining, such as for transportation.
