EU Digital Passenger form

Hello all! Help! Going to Venice in March, and i am having a problem with the time section on the EU PLF form. It is very straightforward, but when i try to put in my arrival/departure dates, I simply cannot figure out what they want! When the clock appears, it greys out the times i need. Anyone have any tips? Thanks!

Re; the EU PLF. I filled mine out a couple days ago. Three different forms. Three different QR codes. We arrive Milan, March 15. To Palermo, on the 16th, for our RS Sicily tour (3/20). End of tour we fly Catania to Bari. Three flights, three PLF, three QR codes. I received pdf for each, but also screen shot each QR, saved in Notes.

Actually it is ITA Airlines advisory, from what I understand, every time you board an ITA flight, domestic, you must show the QR at time of boarding. The two of three flights I spoke of, are all domestic Italy flights, all on ITA. Flights are independent of each other; different days, different departure cities. The Eu-Plf website says no need for PLF with domestic flights, I am going with ITA advisory, to be on the prepared side. just in case.

Thanks Grosman! Super helpful, i get the system, but when i try to put in my times, some of the numbers are greyed out so i cant use them to reflect my arrival in Germany to my transit to Venice. It will not allow me to put in the correct time. I have tried to utilize the UTC time as noted in the time bracket, but nothing works.
Any help out there?

I just looked at EU form again. Do you move the dial around the time clock - for hour and for minute? do you have the correct arrival date, as in day later than first departure?

I have the correct times and tried both the regular time, the military time and the UTC that they have in there., but none of them work. it will only allow me to select numbers that are not greyed out, and i am allowing for the day change as well. I am stumped!

Hmmm I just went and tried and the times were correct for me we leave March 31 you can go back and click on the hour or minute on top if you need to change it. I am stumped by seat number though we don’t have those assigned yet. So I’m not sure what to do.

trying again, I simply cannot get all of the numbers on the clock, either hour or minutes to show. For example, if my flight leaves Frankfurt at 12:50 pm, the clock will not allow me to choose 12, only 9,10,11. When i try to do military time, which would be 1250, there is no 12 on the clock! Am i crazy??

The clock is weird. I had the same problem. If I remember correctly, you have to move the hands in and out--they kind of stretch. Use the mouse for that. That might not make sense, but It puzzled me, too, until I figured it out.

It is not how the clocks works, re: moving in and out. The numbers are greyed out, unavailablel for selection. The hour/minutes function works, it just does not give me options to choose every number.

OK, now the clock seems to be working, but i cant get past the first screen, it tells me to "Please fill in the details of your flight" i have all fields filled out, including indicating that the Seattle to Frankfurt is leg one, and Frankfurt to Venice is the final destination. What now???

I’m having the same issue with the greyed out clock and not accepting the time I originally put in the same place on both mine and my husband’s.. All other times were easily accepted. I’m using my iPad ( no computer). Very confusing ! We leave in 3 days!!
