When staying at a B&B that includes breakfast, is it rude to sleep in and not show up? Thank you

If I'm not taking breakfast, I always tell the host that the night before.

I would agree, let them know, especially if it is a very small family run place. A larger hotel like place though may not notice.

Many B&B's will ask you to fill out a card the night before with your breakfast preferences. I think it would be rude to not let them know.

Agree, just let them know. You might actually find that they will still provide you with a little something when you do get up. Many will also provide you with a littel something if you have to depart very early, before the normal breakfast time.

Kind of depends on the place and the breakfast. If it's just a buffet style breakfast where you serve yourself, and if there are a good number of guests, I wouldn't think it would be necessary to tell them. But there's no downside to letting them know. They would probably appreciate it.
