Error when trying to book tickets with Trenitalia Pass (4 Trips in 7 Days)

I recently purchased two Trenitalia Passes for a friend and I. I'm able to pull up my Trenitalia Pass information in the website to book my tickets. After inputting my route and date, (May 20 train from Milan to Florence), I am brought to the "Journey Selection" page, with the list of available times. However, when I click on one to proceed, the screen reloads with a red banner error message that states:

"We are sorry. An error has occured."

Below that, the website doesn't have any more information aside from:

OUTWARD JOURNEY
Other offers
You have 4 trips in 7 days at your disposal. The days are consecutive from the first booking.

I've tried using three different browsers, contacted customer service, tried booking while both logged in and logged out of the website, but haven't gotten anywhere. I have also tried selecting closer dates, such as a week out from today, but still receive the same error. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
