Hi, maybe a silly question but I need clarification...I have the email confirmation but no PDF (did not see an option to print at home) can I present just the email confirmation at the actual Domus Aurea site or do I have to exchange the email for tickets at the Coop Culture ticket office at the Colosseum and then go to the Domus Aurea site??

You won't be exchanging the email for a ticket. If your email has a booking code number, I think you will be okay. I was there in April 2017 & I think they just checked my name off a list. This will be a wonderful experience. Part of the visit includes a virtual reality presentation. You wear goggles. But because it is so humid, my glasses fogged up and I couldn't see. I can't see without glasses, so I missed most of that presentation. So, if you have the option, wear contact lenses instead of glasses!

Wow Thank you Denise for such a prompt reply. Yes, there is a booking code....so we should be good to go straight there. Thanks again I was a bit confused as I believe we have to exchange the Colosseum ones at the ticket office. Julie

They checked me on the list at the entrance and gave me a ticket which the tour guide collected at the start of the tour. Easy-peasy. Make sure you have clear directions on how to get to the entrance. There's no sign (that I could see) from the street.

Thank you Chani....yeah I got the impression it is hard to find....between this forum and TA I think I've got it all worked out now....let's hope eh 😉
