Are there any additional requirements needed to enter the country aside from my passport and C-19 vaccine records? Do I need to be tested and show proof?

No nothing is needed aside from a valid passport. Not even vaccine record unless you need to visit someone in a hospital or nursing home (but even in that case you could get a negative test at a pharmacy within the day before).

And if that changes, which it could, your airline is tasked with a) telling you and b) collecting the info.
Make sure your passport has a lot of time left on it.

Your passport must have 3 months beyond your planned departure date.
