I am trying to buy three tickets for the Uffizi but am required to enter all of our names. along with DOB. I have entered our birthdates every way imaginable but it will not accept my entries. Is there a secret code? :-)

I did all that and more. Finally just now I turned off the english translation and went to the Italian version while also switching browsers. I don't know if any of those had an impact but the purchase finally went through even though I entered DOB exactly as I had previously. That is an hour of my life I can't get back :-)

Don’t feel too bad. It’s just an hour. Think about all those people who have spent hundreds of hours and maybe thousands of dollars trying to get refunded by Alitalia and still haven’t succeeded.
