Engagement proposal - wine tour help

Evening!

I hope to redo some logistics for the cproposal plans that were unexpectedly scrapped today by my booking agent.

I'd really like to give my partner a half to full day wine tour of her dreams of the local red wines well south off Pompeii/Vesuvius more towards the beaches of Positano. Between our agent's limited wine tour experience, vineyard staff being unavailable from harvest work and cold weather I'm in a bit of a bind,so any recommendations would really help!

Here's some starter info:
-Date/Time: 10/6 return to Sorrento/Don Alfonso by 6pm
-Cost: cheap, or fancy - I'm all ears.
-Location: Positano
-Transportation: rental car
-Wine: reds
-Type: a huge bonus/plus for any farm walking components/elements!

I would ask your hotel/lodging for suggestions. Perhaps even the restaurant can make a suggestion

I hope that you get the solution that you are seeking. If not, I just want to mention that it isn't the "experience" surrounding your proposal that is going to make the difference for your partner. It is the proposal itself. Sadly, the current culture has given the impression that a proposal (or a wedding) have to be big productions.

I think it awesome that you want to give her something that you know she will really enjoy. However, if it doesn't work out for the tour, don't panic. Simply express yourself from the heart and propose. That is what is going to make the day.

Try ToursByLocals for wine and Positano (we did a ToursByLocals tour once and enjoyed it, plus there are reviews) and Airbnb Experiences (which we haven't used but I just looked and there are wine tours offered in the area). Because the tour is done by an individual rather than a company, you ought to be able to tailor it to what you want.
