I read somewhere that the temperature in Venice for this period would be around 50s-60s by the end of March. Does it seem colder due to the winds coming off the water? I live in Florida and am use to layering which is what I thought I would do. From there we go down south and we're in a car but I was wondering about Venice's weather in late March.

My parents-in-law go to Venice every March, and from what they've told me, layers are definitely a good idea. It is often in the 50-60s but it's kinda damp which does make it seem colder.
However, one year when they were there in March, it was really hot, it was sunny and in the 70s for most of their time there. I think that was two years ago.
