I can't find contact info for the Cinque Terre ferry service. Anyone know of an email address, direct web site, or mailing address? Phone number probably not so helpful as I don't speak Italian. (Or is there someone here who will be going there soon and who might be able to get that info from the ferry ticket office?)
(I'm traveling in Rome right now, and probably only able to check for replies once or twice a day.)

If all you're looking for are schedules, they're on the site (click on the British flag for schedules in English). Tickets can be purchased when you arrive in the CT: no need to call in advance.
Found this info on the ferry system "Transportation by boat to the Cinque Terre
The Gulf of Poets Maritime Tourism Consortium, based in La Spezia, also operates in Monterosso Al Mare and Portovenere, managing several lines of boats for the Cinque Terre.
The Consorzio runs a convenient service; just by purchasing a day ticket, you can freely get on and off boats to visit 5 Terre however you like.
Daily departures from 25th March to 1st November.
The service may be discontinued or diverted due to adverse weather and sea conditions."
