We are looking(if covid will allow) an elopement to an agristismo, just the two of us.
We're doing a symbolic wedding. We will legally marry home before leaving. Then celebrate with a small venue in Italy. Looking for a nice place. Nothing too crazy expensive. Just nice place for a dinner, symbolic ceremony and photos.
Any suggestions?

what do you mean by crazy expensive? everyone has their own prices in euros, list your budget, exactly what you want with venue and what part of tuscany, huge area.
have you contacted anyone within the ceremony/photo venue? will you have a car? how many people and how nice is nice, will you need someone to stand up with you for ceremony?
lots to think about before your final plans.

Different meanings in different counties! That sounds like a blessing. An elopement in Britain is when you quickly run off to get married with out telling your family, often because they disapprove!!!!
