I am traveling from Venice to Rome via train and wondering if the Rome Termini station has working elevators or escalators.
Thanks
All the tracks are accessible from the front of the platform, you will not need stairs or elevators just to change trains. You get off your train from Venezia, walk to the front of the platform, find the track number for your next train on the electronic board, and off you go.
Thanks very much, Zoe, but I guess I didn't make myself clear. I meant to ask: When I arrive in Rome on the train at Termini Station (coming from Venice) and I want to leave the station (to go out to the street), do I need to go to another level to access the street and if so, are there elevators or escalators I can use?
Thanks again,
Maury
The main floor is on street level that handles all trains. Only if you want one of the upper level restarants or the Metro (lower level) do you need to change levels, for which there are elevators.
What Paul said.
Thanks Paul and Zoe. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
